You'll monitor changes in external and internal markets and make value and risk based decisions, realise opportunities, and sell the value proposition of 'fit for purpose' survey support.

You'll work in an environment, where time management skills are part of your toolkit. Have the ability to multi-task and work in/and across virtual global project teams with peers in different locations across the globe; this will provide you with additional challenges in the role.

You'll ensure the geodetic integrity of existing and newly acquired survey information and maintain seamless interfaces with other geomatics activities such as geo-information management, remote sensing and geodesy.

Requirements:
We are seeking a seasoned technical professional with a BSC or MSC in hydrographic surveying, geodesy, geomatics or related engineering study with extensive experience in the E&P offshore industry.

You'll have an excellent track record in (HSSE) leadership and have recent contract management experience. Combined with extensive operational experience of surveying and positioning methods in support of engineering projects.

You'll demonstrate a pro-active attitude to problem solving, and can build strong links with other disciplines such as geophysics, engineering (wells, geotechnical, metocean and pipelines), production operations and environmental.

You'll have a good understanding of emerging technical developments, best practices and technologies in surveying. You'll process strong analytical power and are creative and innovative in handling technical and business challenges.

Process excellent communication, advocacy and influencing skills; supported by solid experience in project management and multi-disciplinary teamwork. Fluent in English and experienced working with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
